Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Cosmetics, Beauty supply, Bodycare and Makeup items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the sanitation nature of the product.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
  4. Please pack the item securely and send it back to us within [7] days of receiving the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

Damaged or Defective Items
