Returns and Exchanges:

- To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Cosmetics, Beauty supply, Bodycare and Makeup items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the sanitation nature of the product.

- Once approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds
