- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends) after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery destination.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $[40]
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- Beauty & Beyond Boutique is not responsible for wrong address, email, or apt number. If order is ship back to us for incorrect information, it is the customer responsible to pay for a re-shipping label.

Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your order is damaged, lost or missing, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Beauty & Beyond Boutique is not responsible once orders leave our warehouse. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at beauty.beyond0725@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
